We handpick for your consideration candidates from our vetted expert pool with the specific competence and experience that match your needs.
You review their qualifications, interview the candidates, and select the best person for the job.
As soon as you select the provider and agree on key terms, the provider will be ready to engage as part of your team.
You can use our workspace or your preferred communication and management tools to collaborate with the expert and stay on top of his work.
Payments are aligned with the progress of work. We collect each payment from you in advance but hold the funds in a dedicated client account until you indicate that the work has been successfully completed. Once we know you are satisfied, we remit the funds to the provider.
Our service fee is 15% on top of the amounts you pay to the provider. If the expert you engaged does not work out in the first two weeks, we will refund our fee. No questions asked.
Once you finish working with the expert, we ask you to rate him or her on multiple criteria, including expertise, quality and timeliness of work, communication, and professionalism.
The aggregate rating is taken into account when selecting experts for future projects and motivates the expert to excel on your job.
